0.5 My second day of training my back. I've decided not to measure the distance I swim in these sessions, I don't want it to become that sort of session, not yet anyway. I'm just going for a swim, with some backstroke in there (apparently this is the best stroke to strengthen your back). Feel fine afer two sessions.
