1 Myself and Eleanor went for a run. Our first long run since the half-marathon and it was harder than it should have been. Neither of us were feeling as fit as the day of the race, but I guess that is to be expected.
On a funny note, we both ended up with soaking wet shoes. We decided to run down by the river, and it turns out that it's pretty wet down there. We avoided most of the puddles pretty well, until we both suddenly found ourselves in a patch of grass that was in fact effectively part of the river! Soaking wet feet later, we kept going, with out cold feet.
