spinning

Monday evening, my spinning night.

I went to the gym a little early, to do some weights. It was a fun weights session. Then I hit the spinning class. I went too hard for the first 20 minutes, it meant I couldn't keep going hard for the rest of the class which was disappointing, but I did keep going for the rest of the class.

I went to a spinning class in the gym. I think I'm going to make it a regular Monday evening event. It's a good way to start the week I'm finding!
