More to do list, task, project, versioning info

Following on from yesterday's entry on to do lists online and offline, I was checking out some more options on this, outside of Drupal.

Two of the other options I've come across:

• The well known BugZilla - BugZilla has offline clients (e.g. DeskZilla), has add-ons
• MindQuarry - is a web application with desktop clients too. Again, this might be what I'm looking for, but I don't know yet. I haven't had a chance to try it out.

Either of these, or neither of them, might be what I'm looking for.

I like that currently my project info, my issues, my to do list, is all integrated into my website. A single login gives me access to everything. But the lack of offline sync is killing me. I've considered writing a script that would sync my local MySQL database with my web-server, that way I can work on my local machine, and changes are uploaded when I get back online. In the end, that may be the way I go, but I'll see if these are what I want first.
